Welcome to Bazaar Mar, the new restaurant from José Andrés Group in Las Vegas. Here's everything you need to know before you go.
What to Know
Set inside The Shops at Crystals on the Strip, think of Bazaar Mar as a theater dedicated to seafood-focused tapas, alongside an expansive Spanish-led wine list. There are stuffed peacocks throughout the dining room, ornate lanterns serving as chandeliers and enough gold that you’ll never forget what street you’re eating on even for a second (but in a fun way). Adjacent to the restaurant itself is Bar Centro, which serves coffee and pastries in the morning before throwing on an evening gown to serve cocktails, caviar, and desserts at night.

Bazaar Mar’s avant-garde seafood menu, led by Manuel Echeverri, concept chef and partner of José Andrés Group, is centered around fresh seafood, rooted in Spanish flavors and served in playful and artistic styles that evoke the sea. What this means: California “Funnel Cakes,” Mushroom “Sea Anemones” and a Key Lime “Beach.”
