Hanukkah kicks off on December 25th this year, making it a double header as Christmas wraps and giving anyone celebrating both the chance to keep the party going.
This eight-day celebration, often called the Festival of Lights, is a time when families get together to reflect, pray, light candles on the menorah, and, our favorite, nosh on delicious foods like latkes, brisket and macaroons. This year, we're seeing everyone from big brands like Target to artisanal ice cream maker McConnell’s Fine Ice Creams bring the heat to everything from décor to ice cream.
To make sure your Hanukkah celebration is extra lit, we tapped Amy Kritzer Becker, the brains behind What Jew Wanna Eat?, to share her tips on entertaining for the holiday.
