Emily Cooper, the eager Chicago-twenty-something-turned-Paris-resident, returns to Netflix for the fourth season of the hit show Emily in Paris.

This season holds a lot of big promises: love triangles (of course), larger-than-life fashion moments, travel (to Rome!) and even some emotional breakdowns and breakthroughs for Emily herself. If you’re feeling inspired after watching the show, these are the hotels, restaurants and activities to prioritize on your next visit to the City of Lights. And if you're looking for some outfit inspo too, we've got you covered.

Where To Stay

Le Grand Mazarin

Designed by Brit-based interior designer Martin Brudnizki, Le Grand Mazarin is the kind of Parisian maximalist that would make our dear Emily Cooper swoon. The 61-room hotel was opened in late 2023 in the heart of Paris is Le Marais, a district full of life; boutique, art galleries, bakeries, restaurants and shops that feel quintessentially Parisian. And you won’t want to miss the pool – hand painted ceilings make it feel extra chic. Rates start at $505, book now.

La Fantasie

Another gem from designer Martin BrudnizkI in collaboration with culinary giant chef Dominique Crenn is La Fantaisie, a 73-room property that detours from traditional and gives guests an over-the-top experience through bespoke wall fabrics, carpets and rugs. Three bars and restaurants offer around-the-clock dining everywhere from the sidewalk café and rooftop bar terrace overlooking the Sacré-Cœur. It’s a must-stay. Rooms start at $380, book now.

Hôtel Madame Rêve

This five-star hotel is just steps from the Louvre and offers panoramic views over the whole city of Paris, including the Eiffel Tower and Montmartre. The hotel’s signature dining includes Kitchen by Madame Rêve, a contemporary French concept; La Plume, with a Japanese-influenced menu created by the chef Benjamin Six; and ROOF, a bar known for its signature cocktails. Rooms start at $466, book now.

Amour Hotels

Art meets fashion at Amour, with two locations: one in in the ninth district, between Pigalle and Montmartre, and the other in the 10th. The Pigalle location has 25 unique rooms all designed by different artists inspired by one of the most inspirational concepts: LOVE. Book a room in the ninth arrondissement here and in the 10th here.

Hotel Le Ballu

Recently awarded 1 MICHELIN Key, Hotel Le Ballu is another art-lover's dream, this time with a comic book and graphic design twist. The property stands out for its pool, terrace and indoor/outdoor garden restaurant. Rooms start at $286, book now.

Where To Eat & Drink

Terra Nera

Le Chef Hot himself, Gabriel, works at “Les Deux Compères" in the show, but this restaurant is really an Italian spot called Terra Nera. It’s worth checking out, even if gorgeous Gabriel isn’t cooking in the back of house.

Halo Paris

A cross between food and fashion, this new restaurant and concept store from Chef Victor Blanchet boasts a menu that explores Basque Country and the Mediterranean, while spotlighting young and emerging fashion designers and artists. A fashion feast!

Géosmine

At this one Michelin star restaurant, Chef Maxime Bouttier explore seafood, vegetables and more in his €79 five-course lunch and €109 eight-course dinner tasting menus, all set within a two-story townhouse in the Oberkampf neighborhood. And of course, a solid hip hop playlist complements the meal.

Bar Nouveau

This two-story art-inspired bar is teensy tiny, and owned by twins. You can experience the twin dichotomy on each of the levels, the upstairs has a straightforward menu, and when you head downstairs the menu glows under blacklight to show the menu options with different distilling and twists. It’s a must in the Marais.

Strohrer

Stohrer, the oldest patisserie in Paris, was founded in 1730 by King Louis XV’s pastry chef, Nicolas Stohrer. The interior design is breathtaking and the pastries are even better. Worth the visit!

Where To Explore

What To Pack

Explore Montmartre

Spend an afternoon strolling the cobblestone streets of this artistic, bohemian neighborhood in the 18th arrondissement. Snap an Instagram in true Emily style at La Maison Rose, sit on the steps of Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre, buy some art at Place du Tertre and shop. If you’re craving a coffee to-go, Café Pigalle has you covered.

Museum and Park Hop

It’s not Paris without at least a little bit of art. Head to the Louvre (obviously) and then enjoy some Monet at the Musée de l’Orangerie, and in between the two set up for a little picnic at The Tuileries Gardens, an iconic spot for a bite and some wine.

Shop at Merci

This concept store is beloved by tourists and locals alike. It’s curated almost daily, allowing shoppers to find new art, homewares, clothes and even sweet treats that delight. We recommend snagging the signature tote and some linens as a perfect memento.
