With the intrigue and fashion of Palm Royale on Apple TV+ making a splash, we decided it was time to break out our caftans, whip up a Grasshopper and see what's happening in Palm Beach, Florida. ‍

Set in South Florida, Palm Beach is known for its glitzy estates, dreamy beaches and Worth Avenue, lined with fancy boutiques, art galleries and restaurants. Throw in some Lilly Pulitzer, a guest spot on @ClassofPalmBeach and a dash of rattan and you’ve pretty much got the vibe.

With that in mind, we tapped Korinne Belock, the mastermind behind Palm Beach Regency, the vintage furniture and décor mecca located in Palm Beach, Florida, to give us her take.

Belock moved to Palm Beach from New York in 2017 and runs the show across a sprawling 5,000-square-foot shoppable warehouse, a 1,200-square-foot showroom and an online shop that epitomize Palm Beach's signature Hollywood Regency flair meets Old Florida charm.

“Palm Beach has always been an epicenter of vintage style. There is an innate love here for old, beautiful, unique things from homes to furniture to fashion. It’s such a joy to make that classic style accessible to so many that have moved here in the last few years.”

In addition to sourcing pieces that celebrate the best of Old Florida and the Hollywood Regency era, Belock has become known for planning chic year-round events, including the Sunset Soso Market and notably, a Palm Royale screening.

Four Seasons Resort

‍My favorite staycation spot, right on the ocean just south of town. The waterfront restaurant is a beautiful lunch spot, even if you aren’t staying here.

‍New this season, the Palm House is the island’s newest hotel with a Miami-meets-Palm Beach vibe drawing a lively crowd. I haven’t been yet, but it’s on my list.

The Colony Hotel

‍A trip to Palm Beach isn’t complete without a stay — or at least a visit — to this Pink Paradise. Book early to secure a room. The poolside restaurant, Swifty’s, is a must for brunch and prime people-watching.

‍This island classic is having a major renaissance, and I’m here for it. The lush greenery and yellow Spanish-style buildings scream old Palm Beach. Don’t miss Café Boulud for brunch or the in-season DJ in the courtyard on Friday nights.

The Breakers

The grand dame of Palm Beach. Right on the ocean in the heart of town, it doesn’t get more classic Palm Beach. A huge property by local standards, it boasts several restaurants and bars. Don’t miss HMF Bar and the Seafood Bar for fresh seafood.

Le Bilboquet

There’s nothing quite like an outdoor brunch at Le Bilboquet. Tucked off Worth Avenue, the people-watching is out of this world. But the best part, aside from the gazpacho and fries, is the warm welcome from the team.
